It would have helped with some of the congestion in the casino. Everyone that had the wrist band for the second show (before the first show, you got wrist bands, one color for one show, another color for both shows), should have been allowed to wait inside the venue by the back wall. After the first show, they clear out the room (we could keep a jacket or something on our chair to keep the reserved), and make you go stand back outside the door, then you can go back in after that. The only critique I have, we went to back-to-back shows. Our shows were general admission seating, so we lined up about an hour before the doors even opened to try and get front row. Doors for the concert opened about an hour before show time. The concerts we attended were in the Bingo room. I thought there was a decent choice of slot machines and there is some gaming tables. We signed up for our players card, and got promotional money for a new sign up. Yes, it is a smaller casino, but it wasn't dirty, wasn't overly smokey (a lot of smoke can make me sick and I was fine) and the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. What I read about wasn't at all what I encountered. Based on the reviews, I was nervous about the experience we would be having. I read many of the reviews of the Ho-Chunk Casino prior to attending a concert there.
