This Cab would be best served with barbecued ribs. It finishes with prominent dry tannins and that do not stick around too long. On the palate, we tasted blackberry and black cherry with a hint of dark chocolate. It is medium bodied and pleasant to drink. It opens with a blackberry and black cherry nose.
